About Genesis Meridian
Genesis Meridian is a consent-native perinatal record and public-accountability platform built by SEIAI LLC. The system is designed for independent midwives, birth centers, and hospital perinatal departments who want their outcomes to be measurable, comparable, and improvable — without trading away patient autonomy.
Every clinical record participates in four explicit consent axes: care, quality improvement, aggregate benchmarking, and public dashboard. Patients control each axis independently and can revoke at any time; revocation propagates to downstream analytics within 24 hours. K-anonymity (≥11) is enforced on all public outputs.
The product launched in 2026 to address a stalled forty-year disparity in US maternal outcomes: Black birthing people experience severe maternal morbidity at roughly twice the rate of white birthing people. The company's thesis is that what gets stratified, published, and consented to is what finally moves.

"The disparity is not noise. It is the signal. Forty years of single-number national dashboards have given us forty years of unchanged outcomes for Black birthing people. We built Genesis Meridian to make stratification the default, not a footnote."
"Consent is not a checkbox. It is an axis. Patients should be able to say yes to their midwife and no to a benchmarking consortium in the same breath, and have the record honor both."
"The same dashboard that we show investors is the dashboard the public can read. There is no private dashboard with prettier numbers. That is the deal."
